Description
Kantonian Rattata takes one a white and black color scheme as a reference to white and black mice. Its evolution Raticate adopts a color scheme inspired by Alolan Raticate's in-game shiny.
For the Alolan variants I gave Rattata a shiny form based on Kantonian Rattata's regular colors. For shiny Alolan Raticate I wanted to give it a shaggy and dirty appearance, hence the brown and black colors.
