I had a lot of trouble with this one admittedly. Also, why this Pokemon not a Fairy Type?!
Since it's an assistant Pokemon to Nurse Joy and a replacement for Chansey I wanted to keep with the pink aesthetic. The ends of the "dress" and tips of the ears I made red to reference both Chansey's ear tips but also the red cross associated with medical care. The cream parts I changed to a pure white to represent sterile environments and and white lab coats. The final touch was making the feet a light blue to be based on the shoe covers used in hospitals and labs.
