For such an iconic and powerful Steel Type, and a Pseudo-Legendary at that, making it gold was such an obvious choice. The blue eyes provide a nice contrast to usual red eyes. Like my Aggron and Mega Aggron, I imagine that this gold variant became rare in the wild because it was hunted by humans. I gave it a n arid region background because I think the shiny itself stands out a little bit more here than in the city background. Arid seemed like the region that it would live in.
