Easily one of my all-time favorite characters!
He's a robot, that skates around and tags walls - how cool is that!?!
He's supposedly a reprogrammed Noise Tank ("NT-1000"). When you don't move as him, his eyes go red!! But as soon as you start skating, his eyes go back to a glowing yellow.
