Description
I built the Axanar style drydock. Probably not too accurate, all I had was screencaps. Looks nice, though, has an industrial vibe to it...Models by me

Yeah, it has that "Apollo program" feel.

To me they remind me of Kerbal Space Program. Have you ever heard of it?

That's actually pretty cool seeing the Enterprise in Drydock like this.

Hmm...at the end of the Enterprise mission she was drydocked for refit.
The thought occurs that the drydock could have grown around the ship as they worked on her.

Also,Β at the time Axanar is set, the Enterprise is undergoing construction, and she had over 20 years of service by the time of TMP.Β It's entirely possible that the drydock where she was constructed was modified and even replaced by the time the Enterprise went in for her refit.

Looks great, althoughΒ the thruster blocks are a bit anachronistic for the 23rd century IMO.

Very nice, really like the drydock. A new design that seems to capture classic Trek style How do you get that nice softness effect to your images ?

A bit of blur and duplicating the original image, 7,5 motion blur and setting this one to Lighten, 50/50% in Photoshop.

Me Likey, perhaps you should try something similar to the Polaris.

Well, not to worry about accuracy. I'm sure each drydock has its own unique characteristics, even when following a standard design. I think it looks tremendously cool.
The thing I've always wondered about all these different drydocks is: Where are all the actual people? Where are the parts for the ships kept? Where are the robotic construction arms?
