Description
I recently watched through all of the short-lived live action TV series Conan the Adventurer, and then decided to create a map. The show itself is pretty average, with the plot being Conan and friends going around and fighting bad guys to ultimately face Hissah Zul, the evil ruling wizard.

The first map shows Hissah Zul's empire at it's greatest peak. Thanks to his incredible magical capabilities, he has direct control over Cimmeria to the north and several barons and nobles. However Hissah also relies upon a vast group of wizard-king vassals, such as the rulers of Shem, Koth, and the Black Kingdom. Hissah's rise was slow but his reign has been long and brutal for those under his rule.

Then came Conan, a Cimmerian with the blood of Atlantis who became the number one enemy of Hissah Zul. Chosen by Crom to free the land, he was gifted the magical Sword of Atlantis, and would tear apart Hissah Zul's empire piece by piece, killing vassals, incurring rebellions, and supplying his own army for revolt. Thanks to the alliance of three disgruntled wizard-kings and vassals to Hissah, Penor, Gero and Norbu, Conan assaulted Hissah's sacred fortress and cut of his head, ending his reign forever.

The second map depicts the new kingdom under Conan's reign, the so-called "Conanian Empire" at its height. The three former vassals of Hissah chose to serve Conan, secretly plotting to influence his reign and seize power for themselves. This would occur a few years into Conan's reign, with a failed coup and the former ministers killed or fleeing. Other vassals were loyal to "Conan the Adventurer" for his fair hand and aid in the past. Conan's allies also set themselves up as rulers and vassals. Karella the Bandit Queen, former thief and sometimes lover to Conan, became the ruler of the Aquilonian Confederation, a messy collection of former duchies, baronies, and minor nobles that had remained under Hissah's direct rule. Conan's wise dwarf friend Otli became the ruler of Ophir. King Conan himself ruled over Cimmeria, it's tribes united under one ruler for the first time in history, married to an equally legendary warrior, Red Sonja, but he is known to make visits to Karella now and again.

The final map shows the Kingdom of Cimmeria after Conan's long-lived life and death. His daughter Auroa, former princess and now Queen of Cimmeria rules over them all. Auroa was the daughter of Conan and the Amazon woman Aura, hidden away until Conan's quest was completed. She is married to Prince Antor, the son of two royals whose marriage united their fighting kingdoms, bringing the eastern kingdoms into the Cimmerian fold. The Aquilonian Confederation has slowly formed into the loose Kingdom of Aquilonia, ruled by Karella's and Conan's son King Conn, Aurora's half-brother. While Cimmeria might not enjoy the same power under the mighty Conan, it still is a thriving and expanding kingdom, with a circle of close allies and rapidly enjoying a continuing golden age under Conan's daughter.
