Bio of Son Octavio:

Splatoon 2 (Main Story)- Son Octavio joined the octarian force a little too late to have been any help in the events of Splatoon 1. Though being as eager to show the might of the Octarian race as he was (even going as far as to tattoo his right shoulder), he would train rigorously to rise through the ranks and shut down the Squidbeak Splatoon once and for all. His devotion and coordination were so great that by the time the events of Splatoon 2 rolled around, he alone managed to infiltrate the Squidbeak outpost in Octo Valley and free DJ Octavio who upon arriving to the new base of operations was surprised to find his troops squared away and ready to launch a new offensive strike. DJ Octavio was so thoroughly impressed that he made him the second in command. He would continue to keep an eye over him and even leave him in charge of carrying out tasks the big boss would normally do himself. The bond between king and subject was so close that many of the octolings began refering to him as 'Son Octavio'.

Splatoon 2 (Octo Expansion)- Upon the second defeat of DJ Octavio, many of the remaining octarian troops scattered deep in the depths of Octo Canyon. Being that there forces were more than halved with Callie, Marie, Sheldon, and Agent 4 in Octo Canyon, Son Octavio would take advantage of the situation and set plans for an assault on Captain Cuttlefish and Agent 3 in Octo Valley. Keeping his numbers small as to stay under the radar, he would assign Agent 8 and Chronna to assist him. Battle ensued before "something" attacked the five of them causing him, Captain Cuttlefish, Agent 8, and Son Chronna to plunder into the depths of the deep sea metro. Weaponless, and without any knowledge on where they were, the four were forced into an alliance until they could escape the underground. Along with becoming acquainted with both Pearl and Marina (the latter whom he despised for turning traitor), learning details of Octavio's capture, and the horrors that befell many comrade Octarians by the hand of Commander Tartar, the weight of the situation began to take a heavy toll on Son Octavio. But his breaking point hit when he was not only almost reformatted into 'Raw Material', but rescued by his nemesis 'Agent 3'. Enraged upon escaping the blender, he would take off after Tartar, leaving Agent 8 and Chronna to try and chase after him. The three would meet up in time to encounter the mind controlled Agent 3, who Son Octavio eagerly demanded the two accompanying octolings to leave to him. After blowing off some desperately needed to be released steam, the stakes were raised higher upon learning of Tatrar's plans to erase all life as it deemed it unworthy of being humanity's successors. Assisting Agent 8 and Chronna in preventing the statue from fully charging, the group went on saving the planet. Son Octavio would go on to gain a little respect for the Captain, Pearl, and Marina. On the helicopter lift back to the square, he was approached by Agent 3 who would reluctantly thank him for his cooperation.

Splatoon 2 (Post Story Events)- Son Octavio and Chronna were handed over to Rosten as per special request of Agent 3. Rosten and Deadsquidy would make a special escort to Octo Canyon as to let Chronna and Son Octavio at least let DJ Octavio know of the events that previously unfolded. With the boss under careful watch and Octarian Forces cut short, Son Octavio has nothing to do but simply lay back and bide his time. Unlike Chronna, Son Octavio does in fact make trips to Octo Canyon as to check in on the boss and make sure he is in good care. Son Octavio passes his time using Turf War as combat practice, and takes advantage of the ability to buy Sheldons' weapons to stockpile his arsenal. When he's not at the apartment or in turf wars, he can be found either working salmon run shifts to contribute to paying the bills, or back in the underground supervising Chronna. He also can be found hanging with Marina on rare occasions, learning how to DJ.
