While I won't give Darcy a million points for subtlety, I could hope that Lisa appreciates that she's making a genuine attempt not to be demanding; Lisa also knows that Darcy isn't sophisticated enough to use guilt or reverse-psychology on her. Of course it's hard for a little kid to avoid using cute, but that's pretty instinctual⦠and maybe effective even on Lisa. Still, our favorite little genius shouldn't have to be so suspicious. Maybe Lisa just feels that having a Blarney doll is a bit too-kindergarten for her tastes. Still, we can hope that Lisa's research can wait a bit, especially with the likelihood of cake.
Lovely work no the two, with Darcy's suspender shorts only highlighting how adorably young and sweet she is. Lisa's lab wear is a bit eccentric but still a cute style; seeing her wild hair reined in with the '90s style is pretty cute too. Her makeshift lab looks pretty spiffy too. The retro computer equipment is pretty fun stuff too, and it's obviously good enough to drive her graphics terminal. This room may not quite be CoyoteRom 's Control Center yet but it's off to a good start.
