I was researching Toby's disorders and he would need to take very good care of himself to survive. He has anemia and congenital insensitivity to pain with anhidrosis (if you're curious go check it out). And since he and Clockwork are canonically a thing, what better caretaker could there be? She won't say she cares for him, but she doesn't want him to just die. I mean unless his time is up…Clockwork belongs to Luciiid and Toby belongs to Kastoway .
