Here's Howlite's updated reference sheet, including her gem!

Howlite was a messenger for White Diamond. Her job was to deliver any messages from White Diamond, to where it needed to be. It did not always have to be between Diamonds.
She was sent on a mission to Earth to deliver a message to Pink Diamond directly. While trying to deliver said message, she was attacked by a group of Rebel gems. She was then left stranded in the darker, unexplored parts of Earth, with no way out and she is forced to fend for herself.
Overall, Howlite is a very weak gem, relying a lot on technology to defend herself. She is though, provided with a Rapier as a weapon. Her gem is located on the back of her left thigh. She leans towards Homeworld, but is a mostly neutral entity.

Its a very bare-bones description, but I know I'm going to keep developing her!
