Made this...
Usually for the chariot ride for the Hunger Games, you have something that represents your district...but its hundreds of years later, and they just kinda go with...stuff...Some stylists go by old laws, some don't.
Mara is District 1, and I always kinda imagined that district sophisticated...
That's what I was trying to go for...but also some flare in it...

btw, I hated the plain background, so I made it bricks...dunno why, just did..
