O_O why the schnauzer do you have 4 windows installations? I'd just go full out Ubuntu, VMware I doubt will give you a quality experience.

That's weird, Compiz works fine on every machine I've installed it on, ATI or Nvidia. 8.10 contained big upgrades for drivers and such.

Yep lol, it's up and functioning flawlessly lol. It's just a background, settings in compiz, and a skydome lol.
