I used base map of E3 Map Mod for Darkest Hour (HOI2). After combining the maps, I created a world map. After making borders (using this border maker PS Action), I started coloring it, using these:

- GigaScheme: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d…
- Hearts of Iron 4 Country Colours: github.com/LuxArdens/HoI4-merg…
- If I can't find the proper color for a country, I make it up based on its flag and its surrounding countries.

Q: Can you upload it without rivers/ocean names/country colors?
