update 4-11-2019: i changed the cat he's based on. Instead of a persian cat, he is now a lykoi. i felt like that fit him a bit better.
changed his design because i realy wasn't liking it at all,i prefer this one more.
i wanted one persian cat oc and i got one, sorry code but it just seemed to fit somewhere in my mind.
code is in the same region as data, very grumoy and serious about his work. never used for field missions unless they are desperate.
