even though he tends to come of very cold, he is actually very caring for all of his crew and has a weak spot for S class soldier Avion despite avion's recklesness and rude behavior.

[1] Avion is another S-class soldiers that is recruited by Ignis together with his teammates Aki and Rai. Data is the first to be introduced formally to Avion, and immediately gains interest in him. His interest only grows after seeing how bold and brash Avion acts compared to the other S-class soldiers. Avion doesn't really act on Data's interest in him, but he appreciates the attention.

[2] After the rebuild of the modern four fires, Data still wants to know more of Avion and attempts to get in contact with the soldier again. This time on the other hand, Avion actually responds and reacts to Data's attempts at interacting. This is most likely because of his teammates pushing him to get in more contact with other people, especially Data. Upon actually getting to know Avion on a more deeper and personal level, he finds out Avion isn't quite what he seems. He quickly finds out that Avion is actually very insecure and paranoid and attempts to cover up his “flaws” by acting more cocky and arrogant. After finding out about this information, Data sees it has his duty to protect Avion more than anything. Even though Avion is more than capable of defending himself.

[3] upon finding out the two get along, the four fire elites try to set them up more. The amount of times they get paired up together skyrockets after the entire base picks up that the two are heavily crushing on each other, and everyone is desperate for the two to realize it. Avion helps out in the tech room as well, much to code's dismay.

After some time Data finally realizes he has been crushing on Avion, and pours his feeling out to his crew. This conversation also brings to light that the entire crew has been gambling on how long it would take him to realize he had a crush, code owns corrupted a drink now. Avion also figures out his crush and attempts to get over it by avoiding Data, feeling like having emotions like these are bound to create disaster and would ruin their work. Data is quite hurt when he notices Avion is avoiding him and tries to fix it, again with the unseen aid of Aki and Rai and even Code. Data finds Avion in the tech room late at night with no one there except them, he ends up kissing him and the two have a deep conversation which ends up in the two being a couple.

[4] very connected with each other, Avion being harmed was one of the only things that really drove data over the edge and was why he attacked Zoey in the rebellion against nebula. Data and Avion are a very close couple who support each other mentally and get their partner to grow. Avion is much more open and friendly because of the relationship, and acts much more like his true self.

"Nebula is an enemy which every four fire hates, no exception for data. after the red raid and the truth behind it, data is very angry and bitter at nebula. When lionheart proposes to raid nebula's labratories after suspicion arrises that he is hidden there, data shows no hestitation to map out a plan and even offers to go along with them. considering data almost never goes out on field missions, the offer was already a big sign of how much he despises nebula. he is overjoyed after lionheart comes back and exclaims that nebula has fallen, even bordering on element x and wrong answers euphoria. (1) after lionhearts accepts nebula into the modern four fires ranks, data is furious and leaves the scene quietly together with avion,code,atlas and corrupted. data is seen to be outright rude and disrespectfull towards nebula in particular, leaving ignis and pyro out of the torment. Nebula is the only one that angers data so much he even starts a rebbelion on nebula. he manages to rope avion and atlas in with ease and even manages to get blackjack,bullet,bear,corrupted and code in. after the battle starts even element x and wrong answer kick in, the rebellion is stopped when lionheart jumps in and after a strict lecture slashes data in the face after a struggle. this event leads to data being more respectfull towards nebula, even though he still severly dislikes and distrusts him.(2) he tolerates nebula after the rebellion and even tries to talk to him on a professional level, they both avoid each other more and don't seek contact very often unless for information and missions. (3)

"lionheart's and data's relationship is pretty rocky. starting when lionhearts asks him to join the new remade four fires which data agrees too, and playing the role of making plans and maps and research. data is slightly sketchy about lionheart at first, but he respects him nevertheless.(1) they get along better, not being friends but they both have a respect for each other. data agrees with the rest of the four fires to make lionheart the four fires new leader/alpha. he is also very on board with the mission against nebula,even offering himselfto join them in their mission. He is overjoyed after learning nebula was kicked of his position, having more trust in lionheart.(2) data's trust begins to waver when lionheart allows nebula,together with pyro and ignis,to join the modern four fires. his hatred for nebula,having the chanche to build up for years,get's him to perform acts he would otherwise never do. being rude and arrogant towards nebula and even going as far as starting a rebellion to get him kicked out, which get's lionheart so angry that he slashes data's face to pieces hich hurts both his ego and health in general.(3) after the incident data and lionheart make up, and data ends up being more respectfull of data and tolerates his existence. this ends up in lionheart starting to warm up to data again and data explaining his reasons and the fact he really believed what he did was right, lionheart understands that he was coming from a good place and had a good meaning behind his actions but still says that it doesn't justify everything. lionheart does hoever apologize for slashing data's face as horribly as he did, which did heal after gaia's and leeffi's help.(4) their relationship hardens again after the wars and after lionheart achieves his realitylord status. their friendships really cements after astral/duplicator gives his dimensionlord status too data, which turns data into Constellation and makes him closer too lionheart/infinity. they both have respect for each other and consider each other good friends at least.

He doesn't know them very well and distrusts them even though they were the leader of the dimension data lived in for a long time. as a dimensionlord he still deserves data's respect and admiration but data does get shifty feelings from him.(2) after Lionhearts becomes Infinity and succeeds Galaxy, Astral and Stellar come down to the four fires base more often because infinty doesn't want to leave his team. data and astral become good friends because of their calm demeanors and high intelligence, they spend more time together which in turn makes avion very jealous. after Stellar turns into dusk again astral decides to gift his position to data, having full trust that data is worthy of the position.(2)
