He fights with not just fire, his top hat and cyborg sharks, but he can mimic different costume abilities from different stages thanks to the storm's random object dropping rain."
Nega Boss Components: Referstick (The whole entire boss is a stickfigure monster with hair), Toppy (His Top hats being stacked, Mustache and Monocle), Flamebot (Cybernetic parts), and Sharkface (He summons cybernetic minions with top hats that resembles Sharkfaces)
