Wow now, this is supposed to be Inheritance's new banner. That's a Smogon meta game where the pokemon inherits the ability and moves from another one. It's actually pretty fun, I'm just not good at it ;w;I do happen to know some competitive stuff, but I'm just another casual player.
btw this is the first drawing that's uploaded with transparent bg (yes, I finally learnt how to do that)
