Very nice piece of work, care to share some boring technicalities?Β

Lux render with some post processing? Like the lensflare and such?

But definitely nice work!

Cheers,

MB

Yes. Β Luxrender, and what I thought was a subtle lensflair from photoshop.

Spot behind the head, and I turned all the LEDs into lights. The purplish panels are light preset "Laptop screens". Β Then I made a primitive "torus" overhead and made that a light preset "fluorescent". Β Slight 35mm lensflair off the belt in photoshop.

Thanks for the information. I have a love/hate relationship with Luxrender.Β  I love the output it creates but I hate the time it takes to get to it Even with two networked machines teaming up the times were... Long...

Also there is one other thing about Lux that always bugs me a little - which is shown clearly on this image of yours as well - the thing I'm talking about is the washed color of the brighter lights. Like the 4 red lights on the left side. They glow white but cast red reflections. To some extent it can be adjusted by selecting different clipping methods for hue and luminosity but many times it simply does not look kind of "right".

I personally like the lights to preserve the hue like here fav.me/d6gc0p9 And yeah I like Davo's contraptions too

But again, thumbs up! Great work!
