Fairly big resolution of the final piece for this pencils [here]Done as part of a set of prints I'm doing with my crew from featuring our own created properties.

WOW. The amount of detail in this is absolutely stunning. You have a nice clean style of painting that pulls a lot of attention to the time you spent on each zipper and pocket!
I looked at the lineart version and was really impressed with the composition--but the blue flame on the right is throwing things off now. It sort of leads the eye to the corner, whereas when the background was more visible it swept around better.
Overall, this is a really strong piece. The lighting looks good, and the flame effects are a nice touch. You did an awesome job capturing a gritty, urban style all its own.

This looks amazing and I am so glad you're continuing this project! For a critique I was gonna say that maybe the background needed a bit more value variation from the foreground so the front characters pop a bit more but maybe that would make this look too "bright" or "happy" when you're going for a more serious and "dark future" look.
You guys make a great team! I can't wait to see more!

im not really anything wrong here. the line work is amazing. coloring is great. and the fire looks pretty realistic. the abstract background give depth and feeling to the art work.
fun fact: i actually created a super hero that has blue fire as well. i actually based her off lindsay lohan(pre drug problem) shes the leader of a team, but i havent really picked a out a name for her
