Personality: Liam can be very talkative to strangers but dangerously shy to people he will see many times in the future. (Basically he can spark up conversations with anyone, but its hard to keep it rolling after a while) Liam likes to work hard and help people to the best of his ability. He's also very short tempered (But hides it really well), and possessive. He's the most loyal person you can meet ;D.

History: Liam was born without a left leg and was confined to his house most of his life, since his family is poor. His father gathered machines and computer parts, which Liam loved to tinker with over the years (hence the tech genius). He had an older brother who's dream was to explore the world, but due to his family's economical status, he stays. Liam feels horrible for not being able to be much of help, and tries his best to construct a new type of modern technology, to get the family going, but due to insufficient materials, it took a long time. Before he was able to complete it, the brother died of an illness, and Liam was heartbroken. He creates a supercomputer and later builds himself a synthetic leg. He then left the family after securing their economical status to explore the world outside of the house through his and his brother's eyes.

Extra: Since he doesn't have a lightning rod ability, his katanas are built with conductors. The conductors collect the energy either from him or from an external source (i.e. plugs? xD) to unleash an attack with the katanas.
