I have to thank Feerocomics for this commission of one of my villain OCs, Viktor Russ, raiding warrior from snowy fields of Scandinavia.

Name: Viktor Russ

Occupation: Villain
Villain name: Fernrir
Quirk: Werewolf

Personality:
From his looks he is a strong man who's not afraid to use it to his advantage. He is very boisterous, willing to be the first one ready to fight, prefers action to the talking.
Despite his loud personality, to most of his opponents' surprise and even his teammates, he is quite clever in battle as he was taught to be both the brains and muscle in his old clan as most of the crimes activities that were pulled off without a hitch were planned by him. He does have a warrior's code, that he respects anyone with a fighting spirit who's willing to step to fight no matter the odds and doesn't actively go after civilians unprovoked, even during his villainous activities as he doesn't see the civilians as part of "the game."
Viktor does like to the first guy to point when going into battle and he fights brutal as a mean to instill fear into his opponents as way to demoralize them and throw them off. He only use his quirk to quickly finish off his opponents or when he's decides to go all out. In the villain team that he's in, he values his teammates and loyalty as those two usually don't go hand to hand in the villain world, so if anything happens to them without reason, he will be mad big time.

Bio:
Viktor Russ was born in the snow lands of Norway to a tribe of raiders and all he knew was traveling everywhere with his clan in the fighting many bandits and raiders. His werewolf quirk was useful to his tribe as he was able to detect any enemies and his strength useful to their raids. Over time, he had trained to be the brains and muscles of most raids. Eventually, he left the tribe to go his own way, by force and travel throughout the tundra became a gun for hire, stealing, pillaging and killing. Viktor had built a reputation for himself as the feared killer in the snow lands of Europe and Siberia, earning the nickname, the Wolf King of the Snow. Eventually, an mercenary named Abaddon searched for him to recruit to join his team and after a long grueling fight, Abaddon was able to defeat the werewolf, and out of respect for his strength Viktor Russ pledged his loyalty to Abaddon and joined his team of mercenaries as the tactician of the team. He, Abaddon, and Tenzin Yen were the original three in the team before Abaddon decided to recruit more members and even then those three would be hold in high regard in leadership.

Quirk: Werewolf
Viktor is able turn himself and parts of his body into a werewolf.
There are various forms of his quirk.
Half-werewolf form: where he grow claws, fangs, and an increase in strength, endurance, and speed. His yellow eyes glows brighter and fur growing from his face and arms
Wolf Form: He turns into a literal giant wolf, he uses this form to carry supplies, or people, who could be wounded. He tens to use it for high mobility, and scouting out.
Werewolf: His most powerful form: He grows fur all over and become more wolf like. It gives enhanced strength, durability, heightened senses, and mobility.

Relationship.
Abaddon/Caden Wilson: His boss who he respects as the one of the very few people who defeated him in his werewolf form.
Asura/Tenzin Yen: He considers him as his closest friend as both having similar warrior codes, despite having completely opposite personalities.
Sasaki Musashi/Yama: He respects Sasaki's desire to follow the Yakuza code and saw him as a fine warrior in the making.
Takeshi Gensai/Azrael: Viktor respects Takeshi's effort to support his sister but warn him that they will end up fighting her in the future when she's learning to be a hero.
Meliah Nováková/Susanoo: He saw her as a surrogate niece and likes to teach her on how handle her alcohol.
Daimen Sirius/Diablo: He personally taught him on improving on Damien's transformation quirk.

Trivia
- One of his inspirations was the Space Wolves from Warhammer 40k from his last name taken from Leman Russ, the Primarch and Chapter Master to the 6th Legion, Space Wolves.
- Even his chainsword were taken from 40k
- His hair just looks like a pair of wolf ears, but they are not his ears. Many people gets that mistake a lot.
- He does like to drink and eat a lot.
- For some reason, dogs and wolves do seem to like him.
- He brew his own beer that he's the only one able to handle.
