After shadows comrades arrive shortly after the battle had ended,the now regrouped team dark slapped some power canceling cuffs on the dark hedgehog and put him in a cage and while omega helped prep him for transportation to a nearby G.U.N holding facility. Shadow began relaying everything of the encounter and the given backstory of his apparent doppelgänger to rouge. Apparently the ark,nor the professor or Maria existed on his world,therefore black doom must’ve had to improvise and found another group of beings to help create his counterpart,but as for why and how he got to be so indiscriminately evil,he didn’t know,his faker only let on so much. But as shadow and rouge continued their conversation,boom shadow watched on from the cage,silent rage burning in his eyes,mentally vowing his vengeance upon them all. Not just sonic anymore,but the entire world…
