The Diplomatic Vessel, DWTV-7, under the command of the United Federation of Terran States under lease from the Profayai Mercantile Assembly for wartime use, in atmosphere of Kepler-186f to organize the negotiation of the surrender of Selvenate ground forces following a barely achievable Federation victory in orbit.

Initially, the PMA refused to enter the war on either side, that was until the battle of Kepler 186f. The battle was one of the most bloody and devastating space-combat engagements of the war, and saw nearly every ship involved on both sides destroyed during the engagement. Following this a assault force of Selvenate ships attacked the PMA home system, and after a distress call from the system was received the Federation First Fleet was pulled from the X-15 front and successfully destroyed the attacking Selvenate forces, without suffering a single loss. Following this incursion the PMA joined on the side of the Federation, their first operation was the leasing of their active ships to the Federation. The troops on Kepler-186f were able to hold out long enough for spacial dominance in the region to be reestablished, and as soon as it was, the Selvenate forces on the planet surrendered, seeing that the battle was lost.
