Blizzard had thought he had won. The dragons would be his and humanity would soon fall under his claws. He had killed their greatest warrior. But, the one he had killed had something he didn't. The will to survive, the strength to fight and allies on the other side.
Phantom's attack had been surprising to say the least. He had almost killed a traitor when Phantom came to save them. And now, she was more powerful than ever. She had once only been able to breathe fire, but now, ice from her mouth was freezing Blizzard's wing. In the blink of an eye, Blizzard went from seeing victory to utter defeat as Phantom shattered his frozen wing with her tail.
Blizzard was the defeated, while Phantom hovered above his falling body, undefeated.
