On her travels she met enemy’s but their blood was never on her sword, she often opened the book that came with the sword, in one entry she wrote she mentioned the blood, and the next day some writing that was not there before had appeared, it said “the blood of the innocent will stain the sword, but the blood of the beast will never stay, so long as the sword stays pure it will keep the evil away”. Amelia had traveled for 2 years since she left the hospital. A week after her 19th birthday she came upon someone laying face down in the sand, blood pooling around their head she approached cautiously and knelt down to the person.
“hello, are you ok?” the person groaned. Amelia could tell that no bones were broken, but they were injured very badly. She turned them over, and found out it was a boy. He looked not much older than she was and was wearing a purple cloak and a suit, his hair was blue. She then saw why he was laying face down. His eyes were gone, all that was left was empty sockets, the sand had gone in his eye holes and minimized the bleeding. Amelia then immediately took out the first aid kid, and saw that there were bandages and needle and thread and every thing. She sterilized the wound and stitched his eyes closed. He had passed out, she had no idea how long he had stayed awake and he must have used all his energy trying to. She took out her sleeping bag, and laid him down on it. She sat their on the sand waiting for him to wake up and when he finally did, he rubbed his eyes and immediately panicked.
“ AH, what happened to my eyes, I cant open them. Oh god, there sewn shut!”
“ Calm down, let me explain”
“Who are you?”
“I am Amelia, I was walking and found you face down in a pool of blood, you had no eyes, so I sterilized you wound and then sewed your eyes shut to keep then from getting diseased”
“ How did you know to do that?”
“ My mother was a doctor”
“Thank you very much, I am Archedies, I am 22 years old. I'm sorry I cant see you so please tell me about yourself, like what do you look like?”
“Well, I am 19 years old, I wear black pants, and a brown coat. My bangs are red, and the rest of my hair is black , and I wear it in a pony tail most of the time. I also have black combat boots. In my back is a steam engine and attached to them are some wings that I made.”
“That sounds amazing, you sound amazing, I wish I could see you.”
“I could make something to help you see, if you let me I could make you goggles that I can connect to your nerves and help you see!”
“That would be awesome! So does that mean that I will be travailing with you? How will I know where to go?”
“ I have some rope in my bag, I’ll tie it around me, and you can hold onto it. Or you can tie it around yourself.” and with this Amelia produced said rope out of her bag and tied it around herself, and gave it to Archedies and he tied around himself, and they set off.
