Excuse me for being new, but how do you use bases? t-t

Oh, well, kind of hard to explain, but I'll do my best.
You first want to just download it, and save it to wherever, blah blah, I think you can figure this out
Then just open it up (I highly recommend paint.net over MS paint, or any other paint-like program)
-Then, just kind of copy and paste. Take what parts of what body you want and add them in, for example vriska's hair with dave's sunglasses and kanaya's mouth, + tavros' horns, which makes no god-damn sense, but that would be an example xP
