To turn this .png to an .ico file, just click this link www.converticon.com/ n then click export and make sure to check all the boxes when you get to the next step. Make sure to save it in a permanent spot. Once you do that, just right click a folder and click properties>customize>chance icon>browse and choose this image which should be in .ico format! EZ? EZ!
