Holy shit, now that I think about it, she heavily resembles Rokko-chan (but it could be the other way around, if you know what I mean). I'm willing to play that game, but can't find the full-screen option.

Anyway, this is the 2nd entry to 's ''Over The Top Anything Goes OC Contest!'', starring Roxy, the second oldest Wily sister, and 's very first Rock/Megaman OC (I think). Bulit at the same time as Forte/Bass, which sort of makes her his fraternal twin sister, in a way. Also meant to be a ''feminine'' foil to the ''Blue Bomber'' as well.

Not sure whether she was properly colored in by her author, I took it that she had black and white on her. But then thought of basing her colors on Cinnamon, because her civvies version had blue and white in places that corresponded with each other. To be honest, I can't help but ask myself, ''Why did I draw her with a larger breast size in her armored version?'' maybe she's wearing a push-up variety of breastplates. Her boots' design was my own idea.

If only she had red eyes and purple streaks on her cheeks, I might of called her Forute-chan.

Oh, and her name was 's idea of feminizing Rock's name, hence the Rokku-chan reference.
