Description
Claimed in my last deviation that he had a sheild and that he was safe from the TF wizard.He then continued to mock the TF wizard's power by saying
"my shield can hold"
And when i tried to warn him of the TF wizard's wrath, he simply said
"yeah right"
The TF wizard was outraged by such arrogance and set off to have Ben face his wrath.
And he proves that YOU ARE NEVER SAFE FROM THE TF WIZARD!!!

Hmn i'm not sure if you're saying that if he tfs you, you've got writers to counterattack, or if you're saying that they already kick your butt enough.
Either way, he claims that you are safe for both reasons. 1)He knows how to avoid a full on war 2) He doesn't want to take the jobs of other tfing characters, they might get peeved.

Bit of both. 
I have actual writers to counter-attack, though it's questionable whether they would (you're sort of on the hitlist, anyway, or you will be. targets ALL tg artists, and gives artists the chance to target too.)
And i have a LOT of characters who get a little annoyed when others zap me... sometimes.

Hmn, the TF wizard will most likely not attack until attacked (wether TG'd or verbally attacked as shown in this deviation).
I shall also stay neutral until attacked.

Blocked and targeted are a bit iffy. You're saying that a wizard cannot block if you attack them, and that they can't even look at you.
...and I'd also consider getting some insurance better safer than sorry
