This is beautifully done and very poignant. The corn is beautiful. . .it looks more like hooded mourners to me than Grim Reapers.
Maybe that's just because I'm used to seeing rotting, falling-down barns around where I live. . .as well as more and more people deserting farming to go work in the city. . .
. . . as I said, you captured a scene realistically but more importantly portayed a sorrow.

Whoa... how does that corn manage to look like hooded people, and corn, at the same time...
It's like those optical illusions. Is it a room with a box in it or a cube with a bit cut out...

The only thing that bothers me and rouins the atmosphere partly is the background - these factories just don't fit there for me...
