Description
I recently came across a really good guide, I'm going to use it more for learning the muscle groups because of the way it develops on a similar method to Hogarth. It's called "Constructive Anatomy" by George C. Bridgman (who I believe is also behind the "Famous Artist Course" from the Institute of Commercial Art Inc) and it uses more physical and easily recognized basic polygon shapes to define the form of the human body. What's more is that it also contains more practical application to drawing from life reference.
