this may be a photomanip but i saw a similar thing when i was traveling back from the other side of the country once in the afternoon. it wasn't so dark, it was just a really cloudy day but there was a very similar round space with light coming out from it, it was a very very lovely cloud-less space shining circle, i thought i was imagining it but showed to everyone and it looked awesome, like a rainbow but without colors
