Oh, Dirk. What I see here could very well be the starting screen of a classic PC game. All it needs is something like "PRESS START TO BEGIN".
Of course, the more retro, the harder it would be to have such detailed image. I am guessing around '97 or '98.
This is an unregistered shareware version. Order now... oh, good times. No, I never could afford to order anything. But there were very cool games, even if they were only the demo version. Ah well.
