Description
The locomotive is one of the last series of steam locomotives built for the DB as 23 071 (later 023 071-4) and has already been taken out of service on 22.10.1975. From there she joined the Veluwsche Stoomtrein Maatschappij in 1977. She had a major maintenance in 1990 and a minor maintenance in 1998. The locomotive was completely restored in 2003. At the end of 2010, the locomotive was taken in for major boiler maintenance: many support bolts and sky anchors are replaced. The loco returned to service in mid-2011.
