I once again did a drawing of Grumpy cat and her holding a "NO" sign up!I know i probally didnt get the design right but i tried lol

When doing the black outline, I suggest selecting the lineart layer, (Go to the 'select' tab at the top and click "Select from Layer/Opacity) then, click the "Expand Selection" (still under the selection tab) and then that should be it! You may have to go and make sure that some points are still pointed, but this works really well uvu
