New month means new story arc. You might not know who Sgt. Herman is and that's alright. I didn't know who he was when drawing him in the manga. It was Dibby that named him after the fact when he was putting in dialogue. Herman was originally going to be a manga exclusive character and technically he still is since I'm at the wheel. But those eyebrows and purple nose looks weirdly familiar to a ms paint universe character.[Check out other media platforms]
