Description The Autistic Pony
Also known as AJ (no one knows what the AJ stands for, though a lot of people think the A is for autistic.)

Personality: usually an upbeat an optimistic pony, he always tries find a way to help his friends no matter how busy he is when they're down. This however, due to his autism, can make some ponies uncomfortable or even upset if his words come out wrong. Sometimes, this will happen when he'll purposely say the wrong thing trying to lighten the mood of a stressful situation.
Though, the times he dose mess up, he always tries to apologize and takes it in to do better so as to not hurt his friends again. Though at the end of the day, his intentions are always the same, find a way to make his friends happy while he tries to help those who are depressed and have a disability, to never give up on themselves.

Backstory; earliest years:
Growing up in Chicacolt, around what some would consider the, ASD boom. Where things like autism, ADHD, OCD ect, we're just starting become household names. Along with it, the fear mongering that many ponies tried to take advantage of towards paranoid parent were at their highest.
When AJ was still a very young foal, he ended up seeing one such fear mongering adds before a movie titled; The Lost Foal. The movie centered around a Canterlot family living with an autistic foal, and as it depicted autism and other similar disabilities as if they were cancers that the world wouldn't be better till such foals were 'cured' of it.
Feeling as if his autism was a curse that only saw himself as a burden on his family, and by being autistic, he was just something that was worthless. This caused him to go into reclusion, and began to act up more of anypony tried to approach him. Which didn't help him in school when he was picked on for being easily provoked when he was called retarded.
His only escape and joy was in his books. He read everything from magic spells to epic fantasy adventures. When he was wasn't reading, he was dreaming up his own stories. Memorizing every detail of such works, he seemed to be able to build his own fantasy worlds and complex and interesting characters as well. Most of his so called earlier works were just self inserts lord of the horseshoes and such. Where, he wasn't autistic, as everyone could love him, and he could do something that made him useful.
Which went on for quite a while, until one day, when he was corner, fuming, when one of adults noticed him.
While hesitant to answer, he told the stallion about how he felt like a freak because he wasn't a normal colt, but an autistic one. Luckily, the adult had ADHD and could related. He then asked AJ, what was wrong with being different. When AJ couldn't come up with an immediate answer, the stallion went on to explain to him that, just because he was different, and just because everypony called him a freak, didn't mean he had to believe that.
He told AJ about his ADHD, and how, while it caused him many problems, it made him an MVP on the sports field, and one of the employees at his profession. He then went on to name serval other famous ponies who were similar to himself and AJ, even one of the princesses herself was said to have OCD. All the while, all AJ could do was state wide eyes at the first pony who was saying that he wasn't a freak for being autistic.
Then, before the stallion departed, he left AJ with one final sets of words: "It doesn’t matter what we can't do, but what we can do that makes us special and who we are. Disability or no."
After AJ was allowed to let what the stallion said sink in during the next recess, he saw a brown filly being picked on for having ADHD, something clicked inside his mind, and he though he's try it out.
He rushed over to the bullies, put himself between them the brown filly, and told them to knock it off. Being the bullies that had picked on him before, they just laughed at him and started calling him retarded instead.
AJ flinched, but refused to be bother by their insults anymore as he did what he did next.
Using the vast knowledge he had squired from all of his reading, he brought up points on how ponies like them would one day go on to making less bits than the foals the picked on, and the many jobs they would have that we're far from ideal. He went into such detail, that some of them began to back away in fear.
It wasn't until the pack leader tried to advance towards him, and called him a nerdy freak, did AJ say, "Maybe, but at least I have better things to do than be a ****. Though you know what? Maybe my autism is contagious, and I can make you like me. Want to help me find out?"  He then acted like he was about to sneeze, and those bullies ran for their lives.
Victorious, he looked to the filly he had just helped, who looked to his newly squired cutie mark.
Of all things, the same symbol of the organization that made 'Lost Foal.' Only instead, it had six ribbons circling around it in various colors. All different, but all still the same and colorful.
It was then that he realized that so called disses like OCD, ADHD, and even autism, while they had their downsides, where not horrible things that needed to be fix, but we were all just a different types of ponies who saw the world differently.
From then on, if he saw some pony being picked on, or in need of some comfort because they were autistic or different, he would be there. He would tell them, to not let what other say get them down. To instead, find what they loved, and through that love, grow into amazing ponies who could do incredible things, while he tried to get through to the parents what gifts there foals could be, if they didn't put them down for what they weren't, but to raise them up for what they were, and how to take the right steps. Eating nothing more in return, to see to it that he could make as many pines live in harmony as possible.
From then on, while his family still called him his real name (though often just AJ) he became known to the world, and to anyone who needed someone to find courage and inspiration from, The Autistic Pony.
