Ahhhh YEAH boi, we've finally gotten around to my favorite dc villain ^^

Interpretation Headcanons:
-pretty much what you'd expect from most versions of scarecrow, however this Crane is actually quite cowardly himself. But his determination to continue his research and terrorize the people of Gotham motivates him to hold it together. Although it's moments when he's vulnerable or when he knows he's losing is when he begins to panic. And cold indifference and superiority turns into trembling paranoia
-he's pretty old, introverted and weary of people in general, but believes that their weakness and ignorant bliss provokes him to "continue his research" anyways
-has gassed and experimented on himself multiple times in an attempt to build immunity and transcend fear, thus in his mind becoming unstoppable. Not realizing how much more unhinged and unstable it's making him
-his biggest fear is the unpredictability of mankind and seeks to find control over that fear, by first taking control of people with fear itself. In short, imprison them with what imprisons him
-farm boi at heart and is very nostalgic. Though considering his abusive childhood this is not always a good thing
