Backstory with the TwoKaizer character: After Donovan Wagner lost his Legacy Red Ranger powers, his parents gave him the Legacy Gold Warrior Ranger morpher and sent him to aid his brother Lance, Dino, Revvie, Gina & Lionel to defend the universe against the PsychoCog Empire, headed by King Mechtron & his son Prince Cybron, who has powers similar to the Rangers by using the PsychoBlaster Morpher, which was created by the PsychoCog Empire's Professor Cogcanicles to became the PsychoCyber Ranger.
