My inspiration for drawing this depiction of Kubo was from his amazing, magical, story telling. Kubo's story of sadness, courage, love for his parents, love of humanity, and his triumph over evil; take you on an emotional journey of his life. Kubo's magical music he plays on his shamisen come to life in my picture where origami dances in the sky and brilliant colors mesmerize you.
