The recipe reads
"Energon candies
Ingredients:
andesite crumbs
liquid mercury
gel engex
energon crystals
rust flakes
sulfur to taste
1: mix dry ingredients together in a bowl
2: add gel engex and knead into dough
3: add liquid mercury
4: bake at 1000 for three hours or until mostly hard on outside
leave in icebox to cool for two hours
top with sulfur and serve
This recipe is best when paired with blue engex and enerwine from the Helex region."
