"While a lot of the raiders mostly do it as a way of living, some do it for the thrill. Certain minor factions were formed within this occupation, mostly as a form of competition and alliance to ensure they stay alive. While at first it began as a friendly competition, eventually certain grudges were made after a couple of flunked attempts. As a result, these factions would cultivate a unique culture within themselves and to ensure their group gets the job done. One of the rules of the occupation is no friendly fire and everyone must come back alive whenever possible. However whenever they see them in their team, they know they won't be there if anything happens to them."
