I love how this image is blurred in all of the right spots, especially where some of the hair "flowers" are are out of focus. I think it helps the viewer's eye focus right on the girl's beautiful smile and radiant expression instead of her unusual (in a good way, I think) hair style. It's that pretty smile that really makes the viewer feel good when looking at this image, too.
Great photo all in all! I really can't say anything that might improve it because I like it so much. congrats on a very well-deserved DD!
