I finally decided to make my OWN alignment chart. ((All characters belong to their rightful and respected owners. And please keep negative comments OUT!))

Lawful Good: She-Hulk (Marvel Comics)
She-Hulk fits into this trope in contrast with her cousin's Chaotic Good or Chaotic Neutral tendencies. Justified, though, she is a lawyer after all.

Neutral Good: Kakashi Hatake (Naruto)
Kakashi believes that breaking rules is bad, but not helping those close to you is worse, and tests all his potential students to see if they will disobey orders in order to help each other.

Chaotic Good: Alan Teddyson (Original Character)
Alan has killed over 50,000 villainous individuals (or "baddies"), but will NEVER harm innocent lives.

Lawful Neutral: Boba Fett (Star Wars)
He has a personal code of honor and justice and he only accepts jobs that follow it. The reason he sides with the Empire so often is because he views them as enforcers of peace and order, with the Rebel Alliance trying to disrupt that order.

True Neutral: Big the Cat (Sonic the Hedgehog)
Generally wanting to be alone so he can fish in peace. When he does fight, it's because of Froggy, curiosity, or for survival.

Chaotic Neutral: Seto Kaiba (Yu-Gi-Oh)
Seto Kaiba challenges anybody and everybody, regardless of what side they're on (though he seems inordinately obsessed with battling Yugi) and screws the rules, because he has money...and lots of it.

Lawful Evil: Beelzebot (Futarama)
Being based on the traditional portrayal of Satan, he's a sadist who has no problem with torturing people for eternity, but always keeps his agreements, even if it's not in his own interests to do so.

Neutral Evil: Fuzzy Lumpkins (The Powerpuff Girls)
Fuzzy Lumpkins has serious anger issues and will do whatever he can to deal with it, even if it means destroying a city or running for mayor.

Chaotic Evil: Aku (Samurai Jack)
He only takes pleasure in conquest, others' suffering and praises to himself. He rules the entire Earth, yet many of his decisions are not productive in any way, being done purely for evil.
