Description I decided to make another Alignment chart. ((All characters belong to their rightful and respected owners.))

Lawful Good: Batman (DC Comics)
He alignment has always been contrasting as he is lawful, because he follows a strict system of laws, but also chaotic because he breaks the law to do so.

Neutral Good: Bunbun Burrowes (Original Character)
Bunbun believes that villains must be locked up and let the justice system take it from there, but has absolutely no problem with disposing of their minions/goons.

Chaotic Good: Toph Beifong (Avatar: The Last Airbender)
She's not particularly moral, but definitely a good guy. She also hates rules, and once celebrated the group decision to ignore the orders of the authorities of a city by gleefully blowing a hole in the wall of their apartment.

Lawful Neutral: L Lawliet (Death Note)
His pursuit of Kira is more about "winning" than stopping him because it's the right thing to do. At the same time, he also goes to extreme lengths to secure solid evidence that Light is Kira, despite everything that his intuition is (correctly) telling him; he doesn't go outside the law and stays firmly on the line.

True Neutral: Shrek (Shrek)
He's a mixture of "Bystander Syndrome" and "Heroic Neutral" (with a bit of Blue-and-Orange Morality). In the first film, the main conflict is started because he was driven out of his house, not for any noble goals like justice for the fairy tale creatures who were driven to his swamp. The rest of the movies conflicts start either because of his true neutral morality, because he was driven to do things, or both.

Chaotic Neutral: Akuma (Street Fighter)
One could be excused for thinking he's evil, but he has his own code of honor that prohibits him from harming innocents or fighting in a match that would be too unfair (case in point, he stopped his fight with Gen when he realized that he was sick). He also killed M. Bison during the time he tried to make Ryu fall to the Satsui no Hadou.

Lawful Evil: Denzel Crocker (The Fairy Odd Parents)
Denzel Crocker is a bonafide Type 2 example, using his teacher job mostly to mentally torture children as well as keep tabs on them for any potential fairy godparents, which he wants to capture in order to rule the world.

Neutral Evil: Dr. Nefarious (Ratchet and Clank)
A "nefarious" Mad Scientist who seeks to rid the galaxy of all organic lifeforms so he can rule over a robotic dystopia with an iron fist.

Chaotic Evil: Ridley (Metroid)
A bloodthirsty pterodactyl-like villain who revels in wreaking destruction across the galaxy, and is responsible for the murder of Samus' parents during his raid on her home planet. The Space Pirates make him their general due to his extremely evil nature and immense power.
