The Bloop is unique among cryptids for the instigating event was less a true sighting and instead the name Bloop was given to a very loud ultra-low-frequency recorded by a underwater sound monitoring device employed by NOAA.
Recorded in 1997 with origins of the sound was triangulated to have come from the South Pacific, but based on how the sound was detected on two opposite ends of the Pacific Ocean the sound if it was made by a animal. It was estimated for this animal to be three times bigger than a Blue Whale

My Created Lore & Info

My take on the Bloop is that of a incredibly oversized mackerel relative who has converge the huge size and young rearing pattern of the mammal cetaceans.
The young are born into a womb-like “Birthing Pouch” that hangs from the mother’s cloaca which develops during the rearing period.
As I mentioned like a whale or a dolphin my take on Bloops give birth to no more than one at a time.
The fry at birth are already more than 3ft and grow fast feeding on the yoke inside the birthing pouch for the first month and by a year old the young Bloop will reach the size of a adult American Alligator.
While young they will practically gorge themselves on almost anything that it can swallow.
Past a year old it is considered a young adult at this age they will eat whole shoals of small fish.
Once they reach their average adult size which is at least three times the size of a blue whale nothing will even attempt to hunt the full sized Bloop.
Later in their years they’ll stay in very deep ocean depths

This was one of the few from this cryptid sketch book that I did not scan then categorize and finish up. I’m almost through what I call “Cryptid Book #2”,at least as far as posting them.
One of these days I want to just dedicate the whole day to scanning the not scanned drawings so I don’t have to do it right before posting
I do not always say made in late fall 2021 E.g
