-I headcanon certain birth defects are more common in certain species. Blindness is most common in unicorns, with 4-5% of all the unicorns in Equestria having some level of blindness
-She was blind from birth, and has since honed her other senses to understand her surroundings
-Despite this, she's very independent, and can often be seen walking through ponyville with her seeing-eye dog, Andromeda
-special talent is celestial manipulation and knowledge, she's gonna grow up to be the world's most kickass astrophysicist
-She can 'see' far off galaxies and celestial objects when she uses her magic, and can even affect them, as she once turned the moon upside
down
-She is a true extrovert, very friendly and social, but can sometimes be oblivious to her friends' feelings. She's working on it.

Sparkling Scroll (Sparky, Bookworm, Sport, Mini-Twi, Twilight 2.0)-
Voice claim: Lindsay Jones (Ruby Rose, RWBY)
-the youngest child (elementary school age)
-she is loud and energetic, but also loves to read quietly, like Twi
-smol babey
-did I mention she's L O U D ?
-she was helped by the CMC to find her special talent; she tried a lot of different things, but none seemed to stick. One day she saw Applebloom rejuvinating a damaged tree with her innate Earth pony magic through her hooves, and Scroll asked if she could try it. Scroll brought the tree back to full health with almost no effort, surprising them both. When Scroll got home that afternoon, she wrote what she had done to make the tree grow on a paper and presented it to Twilight, who realized Scroll had written down the beginnings of a spell, and had gained her cutie mark. Her special talent is writing spells, especially for Earthies!

Archangel (Archie, Angel, Angus)-
Voice claim: Crispin Freeman
-half batpony, half demonic centaur warlord
-big softboi hours
-has a very low, deep voice; can move around silently even when he's not trying to
-adores his sisters, has an especially strong friendship with Scroll
-Is always up to give piggyback rides
-I'm really soft for the sibling dynamic where the big quiet one is essentially the small fiesty one's bodyguard
-if he ever hears that either of his sisters is being bullied then whoever the bully is better pray bc he will beat the fuck out of them if he gets the chance
-It took him a loooong time to get his cutie mark. One day he and his family went to visit Auntie Shy's house with some relatives. When Fluttershy noticed he was nowhere to be found, she looked in the backyard to find him surrounded by dangerous magical creatures, such as a wyrm, manticore, chimera, and a swarm of flash bees. Instead of attacking him, however, they were sitting with him peacefully, letting him pet them and listening to his soothing voice. He was so distracted by the animals that he didn't even realize he had gotten his cutie mark!

Big backstory piece on how Angel came to be:

After being trapped in Tartarus, Tirek immediately started planning ways to escape. His chance at freedom came when the Mane Six entered Tartarus and were locked in with him. For the few precious seconds when no one was looking, he cast a spell that would send a magical manifestation of his will out into Equestria. Eventually, He gathered enough magic to lure a female batpony near Tartarus, and 9 months later, Archangel was born. Tirek originally planned on possessing Archangel's body in order to take over Equestria, but he didn't count on the batpony finally managing to sneak out with Angel in tow. She was on the move for days, eventually collapsing on the outskirts of Ponyville. She was found by Fluttershy and taken to Twilight's castle to help her recover, but she died soon after arriving there. With no mother to raise him, Twilight and Moondancer agreed to raise him as their own, and the rest is history.
