I can't. It'll result in injury and their mother will get mad. 
Besides, I already have "fights" with the boy. (Which is play-fighting and I only use one hand cuz I keep forgetting the other exists).

Well, "genuine" is a word and it means "real" and the prefix "in-" turns the word into a negative. Your spelling was close to "ingenuine" it was reasonable for me to think that way.
And I only know ingenuine is not a word because my computer is underlining it in red.
