My lil halloween piece I did for 1985Games's Obojima Halloween contest~ In the end I won nothing, but I still think it was cute, and the works of the others were fantastic!

I'll also attach the lil story I wrote for this:

The strongest Onmyōji in the land has recently taken under his wing a young apprentice. Tonight, he had to leave before dusk, leaving the little Tomoe to tend to the household alone. Unfortunately for Tomoe, her master didn't tell her that once it was Ōmagatoki, all the tsukumogami of the house would start wrestling with each other, be noisy and trying to frighten her away. Unfortunately for the yokai however, Tomoe was eating. And you do not interrup her eating. Ever. She stood her ground and got angry, reprimanding each and everyone of them, scolding them all for being too noisy. The yokai were taken aback from her outrage, and some tried to reason with her to calm her down. But she's still eating, so she's not having any of that. The yokai will have to pause their fun for a little while it seems, this new apprentice has a stronger will than they would have expected... she already resembles their master... Yokai present: Mokumokuren (shoji wall with eyes), Shiro uneri (the flying towel dragon), Narigama (the shaggy crying pot creature trying to reason with Tomoe), Hone karakasa (skeletal umbrella, outside peering in)
