From "Lou!". Some call her "Emma", but it seems like she never had a name. I was surprised on how likeable she is, not only for her light-hearted and caring nature, but I weirdly like that she's not really what an "ideal" mom should be, quite the contrary, she's a mess, that despite a lot of terrible things and her lack of maturity she tries to move forward and be supportive. Oh and she loves Super Dario Kart, and other games that funnily use sound effects from Mega Man X.
